1. Description of Services

Citra provides website building (one-time invoiced) and website hosting (subscription) services. No user accounts are required to use the services.

2. Payments and Subscriptions

Website builds are billed as a one-time payment. Hosting operates on a recurring subscription basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. Please review your invoice for exact billing terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access proprietary source code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload, host, or distribute illegal content
• Use the Service in a manner that violates UK law

Violation may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, tools, templates, and systems used by Citra remain the intellectual property of Citra. We may release or provide access to code at our discretion. Content you provide for your website remains your intellectual property.

5. Service Availability

We aim for reliable hosting, but downtime or interruptions may occur. We are not liable for damages resulting from downtime, third-party failures, maintenance, or internet issues outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• Citra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

7. No Warranty

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted hosting, or flawless third-party provider performance.
